Why we cannot accept returns
Due to the nature of our products β which include food items, beverages, and health products β we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of all our products and to ensure every customer receives goods in their original, uncompromised condition.
When we will make it right
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or leaking product
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
